First Property Consulting was founded in 2002 by John
Higginbotham, formerly a partner and Head of the National
Office Team at international property advisers GVA Grimley.
We offer a range of services covering all aspects of
business property, and specialise in representing occupiers. Our goal is to provide
expert, creative and cost-effective advice and combine this with a practical,
friendly approach.
We have over 25 years experience looking after our
clients and value their commitment to us. We in turn
have a commitment to providing a personal service anywhere
